Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once your order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Custom or Special Orders
Orders for customised décor, balloon arrangements, personalised frames, or special-request items cannot be cancelled once preparation or production has begun.
Please review your details carefully before confirming and making payment.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation request is approved:
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed (actual timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).
Exceptions
We may reject a cancellation request if:
The order has already been shipped or is in transit
The product is customised, personalised, or specially prepared
The request is submitted after the 24-hour cancellation window
The item preparation has already begun (for custom orders)
